Melissa Fischer

    I'm an illustrator from Memphis, Tennessee and I love living where the music is rich and the city feels hometown. I graduated from the University of Memphis with a degree in Graphic Design but over time have found a passion for children's illustration. I am always championing the under dog in the story, and I always love a good classic. The classic stories that stay around for lifetimes, shaping each kid as they pick up that book. As a mother of two, now grown, I have seen how stories can light up the eyes and stir a passion in a little soul. Little hands wrapped around one of my illustrations makes it all worth it!

    I have worked with several self-publishing authors in the past, and had the opportunity to work on "Bible Journaling For The Fine Artist" with Quarto Publishing in 2019. In 2024- 2025, I had the privilege of working on "The Gift of All Gifts" with Melissa Kruger and Harvest House Publishing, and again with a book coming out August 2026. I have sold many prints that live in homes across the country, and have even worked on my own Christian History Activity books called, "Made Bold". One day I want to see my own stories on the bookshelves of stores and homes. Stories that stir little hearts, and books that want to be picked up over and over again.
